![Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: RIPK3/RIP3 Antibody [NBP2-24588] - HeLa cells were fixed for 10 minutes using 10% formalin and then permeabilized for 5 minutes using 1X TBS + 0.5% Triton X-100. The cells were incubated with RIPK3/RIP3 Antibody [NBP2-24588] at a 1:200 dilution overnight at 4C and detected with DyLight 488 (Green) at a 1:500 dilution. ![<b>Independent Antibodies Validation. </b>Immunohistochemistry: WDR79 Antibody [NB100-68252] - WDR79 (TCAB1) knockdown inhibits tumor growth in vivo. Performed IHC against WDR79 (TCAB1) using mice xenografts sections. The smaller tumors expressed less WDR79 (TCAB1) compared to shScra cells. Statistical analysis of the IHC data used Aperio ImageScope software and all of the data were determined by Student's t test (*P < 0.05, **P < 0.01, ***P < 0.005).
