Recombinant Human Ubiquitin His Protein

Images

Western Blot: Ubiquitin Protein [NBP1-42465] - The anti-Ubiquitin antibody NB300-129 was used to detect this protein on a western blot. 500ng of protein were loaded on the gel and then detected with NB300-129.
SDS-Page: Ubiquitin Protein [NBP1-42465] - This RPS27a Human Recombinant protein was tested on a 4-20% SDS-PAGE gel with 5ug of protein loaded. The purity of the protein is >95%.

Background

Ribosomal protein S27a is a component of the 40S subunit of the ribosome and belongs to the S27AE family of ribosomal proteins. This protein is encoded by the gene RPS27A, which also encodes for an N-terminal ubiquitin fusion partner. It contains C4-type zinc finger domains and is located in the cytoplasm. Human RPS27A with an N-terminal His tag expressed in E. coli and purified by conventional chromatography.
