Flow Cytometry: TRAIL R4/TNFRSF10D/DcR2 Antibody (TRAIL-R4-01) - Azide Free [NBP1-45027] - A surface stain was performed on HeLa cells with TRAIL R4/TNFRSF10D/DcR2 Antibody (TRAIL-R4-01) NBP1-45027PE and a matched isotype control (orange). Cells were incubated in an antibody dilution of 5 ug/mL for 20 minutes at room temperature. Both antibodies were conjugated to phycoerythrin.

Separation of CD264 transfected HEK-293 cells (red-filled) from HEK-293 nontransfected cells (black-dashed) in Analysis (surface staining) of human peripheral whole blood stained using anti-human CD264 (TRAIL-R4-01) purified antibody (concentration in sample 0,33 ug/ml) GAM APC.

Background

The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the TNF-receptor superfamily. This receptor contains an extracellular TRAIL-binding domain, a transmembrane domain, and a truncated cytoplamic death domain. This receptor does not induce apoptosis, and has been shown to play an inhibitory role in TRAIL-induced cell apoptosis.
