• Comments: 2uL of TMEM-119-PE antibody incubated for 20 minutes at room temperature with 10uL of purified exosomes and 188uL of PBS (final volume of 200uL). We run different types of samples in a nanoscale Flow Cytometer, and the antibody shown a good reproducibility and reliability throughout the experiment.
