Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 ug) from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-TRIP12 antibody NB100-97822 used for WB at 0.04 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.

Immunoprecipitation: Thyroid receptor-interacting protein 12 Antibody [NB100-97822] - Detection of human TRIP12 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-TRIP12 antibody A301-814A (lot A301-814A-2) used for IP at 6 ug per reaction. TRIP12 was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot of this antibody (lot A301-814A-1). For blotting immunoprecipitated TRIP12, A301-814A was used at 0.1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.

Background
