Western Blot: TET2 Antibody [NBP2-32104] - Whole cell lysate (50 ug) from HeLa, 293T, and Jurkat cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-TET2 antibody used for WB at 0.1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.

Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: TET2 Antibody [NBP2-32104] - Human ovarian carcinoma. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-TET2 used at a dilution of 1:5,000 (0.2ug/ml). Detection: DAB

Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-TET2 antibody NBP2-32104 used for IP at 6 ug/mg lysate. TET2 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-TET2 antibody BL16766. For blotting immunoprecipitated TET2, NBP2-32104 was used at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
