Background

NTKL-binding protein 1 (GORAB) belongs to the golgin family of coiled-coil proteins located in the golgi apparatus. GORAB interacts with SCYL1, RCHY1 and RAB6A/RAB6. At least 4 isoforms are produced by alternative splicing.
