Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-RRAGC/RagC antibody NBP3-29967 (lot NBP3-29967-1) used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. RRAGC/RagC was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-RRAGC/RagC antibody. For blotting immunoprecipitated RRAGC/RagC, NBP3-29967 was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
