Background

This gene encodes a 55-kD protein of 500 amino acid residues which is localized within the centrosome throughout the cell cycle. Mouse, hamster, and human forms of this protein are identical. This protein is localized within the central part of microtubule asters and is involved in microtubule nucleation and regulation of the centrosome by RAN.

Limitations

This product is for research use only and is not approved for use in humans or in clinical diagnosis. Primary Antibodies are guaranteed for 1 year from date of receipt.
