Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilzed with 0.1% Triton X-100 in PBS, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with NBP2-99605 antibody (dilution ratio 1:1000) at 4C overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor(R)488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green). Positive staining was localized to Nucleus .

Background

Regulatory subunit of serine/threonine-protein phosphatase 4 (PP4). May regulate the activity of PPP4C atcentrosomal microtubule organizing centers. Its interaction with the SMN complex leads to enhance the temporallocalization of snRNPs, suggesting a role of PPP4C in maturation of spliceosomal snRNPs.
