| Application Notes | ELISA: For capture ELISAs, this product can be used as the capture antibody. Use at a working concentration in combination with a biotinylated PlGF polyclonal detection antibody at 100 ng/ml (100 ul/well). WB: The detection limit for recombinant human placental growth factor is approximately 20 ng/lane and 300 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions, respectively. Homodimeric recombinant PlGF migrates as an approximately 29 kDa protein. |
