Western Blot: PDE6D Antibody [NBP1-32730] - Mouse tissue extract (50 ug) was separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with PDE6D antibody [N1C3] diluted at 1:15000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (NBP2-19301) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: PDE6D Antibody [NBP1-32730] -HeLa cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min. Green: PDE6D stained by PDE6D antibody [N1C3] diluted at 1:500. Background

Human PDE6D was originally identified as a fourth subunit of rod-specific cGMP phosphodiesterase, PDE6. Catalytically active PDE6 is a heterodimer (alpha beta) that is regulated by two inhibitory gamma subunits. As PDE6D does not modify the catalytic properties of PDE alpha beta, its function is still unresolved. Recombinant human PDE6D, fused to His-tag at C-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
