IHC-P: Human prostate shows strong cytoplasmic staining in small flat basal cells and weak cytoplasmic staining in the columnar secretory cells of the epithelium.

  MRP4 antibody used for WB at 1:750 dilution on cytosolic and total lysate fractions of HEK?CFTR cells as well as T84 cells (positive control). The antibody detected a band of 170 kDa size and the data is shown in Figure 5A - lower panel.
