The observed molecular weight of the protein may vary from the listed predicted molecular weight due to post translational modifications, post translation cleavages, relative charges, and other experimental factors. Epitope retrieval with citrate buffer pH6.0 is recommended for FFPE tissue sections.

Could you tell me the differences between the two med12 antibodies for the IP? NB100-2357 in this image (image B, IP) you had written "Detection of Human and Mouse MED12 NB100-2357. MED12 was also immunoprecipitated by another rabbit anti-MED12 antibody Which is the other rabbit anti-med12 antibody? Maybe it's more specific for med12 (there is only one band, and no three bands like for NB100-2357).
Unfortunately, the other MED12 antibody referred to in the image caption is not available for commercial sale. NB100-2357 displayed a higher affinity for MED12, which can be seen by the stronger signal strength, although it does detect degradation products of MED12, which are the two smaller bands on the blot.
