Western Blot: MAST1 Antibody [NBP2-17228] - Various whole cell extracts (30 ug) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with MAST1 antibody [N2N3] diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (NBP2-19301) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.

Background

Appears to link the dystrophin/utrophin network with microtubule filaments via the syntrophins. Phosphorylation of DMD or UTRN may modulate their affinities for associated proteins.
