Background

This antibody recognizes FUT3/Blood Group Lewis A, a carbohydrate determinant carried on both glycolipids and glycoproteins, expressed in colonic epithelial cells. FUT3/Blood Group Lewis A may be useful for detection of gastrointestinal, pancreatic and colorectal tumors.
