Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-GbetaL antibody NB100-2124 used for IP at 6 ug per reaction. GbetaL was also immunoprecipitated by another rabbit anti-GbetaL antibody. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
