Western Blot: ERG Antibody [NB100-2472] - Staining of MOLT4 lysate with antibody at 0.1 ug/mL (35 ug protein in RIPA buffer). Detected by chemiluminescence.

Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: ERG Antibody [NB100-2472] - Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed MCF7 cells, permeabilized with 0.15% Triton. Primary incubation 1hr (10 ug/mL) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (2 ug/mL), showing nuclear and cytoplasmic staining. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Negative control: Unimmunized goat IgG (10 ug/mL) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (2 ug/mL).

Flow Cytometry: ERG Antibody [NB100-2472] - Flow cytometric analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed MCF7 cells (blue line), permeabilized with 0.5% Triton. 1. I am looking for an antibody that can IP Erg protein and doesn't cross react with Fli protein.
   • I have spoken to the lab and they have informed me that actually that the antibody (catalog #NBP1-95857) is confirmed not to cross react with Fli1 protein so it should be a viable choice for you in your experiments on Erg.
