Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-C14orf166 antibody NBP2-76383 used for WB at 1:1000. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.

Immunoprecipitation: CLE7 homolog Antibody [NBP2-76383] - Detection of human C14orf166 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from Jurkat cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-C14orf166 antibody NBP2-76383 used for IP at 100 ul per reaction. C14orf166 was also immunoprecipitated by another rabbit anti-C14orf166 antibody. For blotting immunoprecipitated C14orf166, NBP2-76383 was used at 1:100. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.

Background

C14orf166 is an RNA-binding protein involved in modulation of mRNA transcription by Polymerase II. Component of the tRNA-splicing ligase complex and is required for tRNA ligation. May be required for RNA transport.
