Alternate Names for Recombinant Human CINP Protein

  • CDK2-interacting protein
  • cyclin-dependent kinase 2 interacting protein
  • cyclin-dependent kinase 2-interacting protein
  • MGC849

Background

CINP, also known as Cyclin-dependent kinase 2-interacting protein, belongs to the CINP family. This protein interacts with the components of the replication complex and 2 kinases, CDK2 and CDC7, thereby providing a functional and physical link between CDK2 and CDC7 during firing of the origins of replication. Recombinant human CINP protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography.

Limitations

This product is for research use only and is not approved for use in humans or in clinical diagnosis. Peptides and proteins are guaranteed for 3 months from date of receipt.
