Reviewed Applications
Read 2 Reviews rated 5 using NB100-77808 in the following applications:
CEACAM-8/CD66b is a 95-100 kD glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI)-linked protein also known as CD67, CGM6, and NCA-95. CEACAM-8/CD66b is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily, carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA)-like subfamily. CEACAM-8/CD66b expressed on granulocytes, has been reported to induce activation in neutrophils and to be involved in heterophilic adhesion with CD66c. Clone G10F5 can be used for a number of applications including Flow Cytometry.

IHC - Single staining of CEACAM-8/CD66b on FFPE section of human liver. Primary Ab is mouse IgM kappa monoclonal Ab from Novus Biologicals (NB100-77808). Secondary Ab is A488 goat anti-mouse IgM. CD66b is shown in green and DAPI in blue. The cells exhibit a morphology that correspond to neutrophils with segmented nuclei. The CD66b Ab is highly specific with virtually no background signal.
