CD81 Antibody (1.3.3.22)

Knockout Validated: CD81 Antibody (1.3.3.22) [NBP2-53318] - CD81 was detected in immersion fixed HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line but is not detected in CD81 knockout (KO) HeLa cell line using Mouse Anti-Human CD81 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # NBP2-53318) at 1 ug/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (red; Catalog # NL007) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to the plasma membrane.

Cells were incubated in an antibody dilution of 5 ug/mL for 20 minutes at room temperature. Both antibodies were conjugated to Alexa Fluor 488.
