  1. Assay Diluent A (Item D): Diluent buffer, 0.09% sodium azide as preservative.
  2. Assay Diluent B (Item E): 5x concentrated buffer.
  3. Detection Antibody Endostatin (Item F): Biotinylated anti-Human Endostatin(each vial is enough to assay half microplate).
  4. Endostatin Microplate (Item A): 96 wells coated with anti-Human Endostatin.
  5. HRP-Streptavidin concentrates (Item G): 400x concentrated HRP-conjugatedstreptavidin.
  6. Standard Protein (Item C): Human Endostatin. 1 vial is enough to run eachstandard in duplicate.
  7. Stop Solution (Item I): 0.2 M sulfuric acid.
  8. TMB One-Step Substrate Reagent (Item H): 3, 3’, 5, 5’- tetramethylbenzidine(TMB) in buffered solution.
  9. Wash Buffer Concentrate (20x) (Item B): 20x concentrated solution.

Background

Eotaxin 2, also known as CCL24, is a part of a subfamily of the cytokine CC genes which are involved in immunoregulatory and inflammatory processes. Eotaxin 2 plays a role inducing chemotaxis in eosinophils when interacting with CCR3. This protein is known to have interactions with CCR3, CCR1, CCR10, CCR2 and CCR4.
