HRP conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (H+L) cross adsorbed secondary antibody was used with ECL substrate for the detection of c-Myc antibody bound to the blotted protein. This c-Myc antibody detected the c-Myc specific band at its expected position (48-50kDa).
