Tumors were simultaneously harvested when control tumors were >2,000 mm3. SLV peptide increases Gsk3-phosphorylation with/without oxaliplatin. The staining was developed using HRP labeled anti-rabbit secondary antibody and DAB reagent, and nuclei of cells were counter-stained with hematoxylin.
