![Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: Nestin Antibody (4D11) [NBP1-92717] - Mixed cultures of neonatal rat neurons and glia stained with NBP1-92717 (red), chicken antibody to Vimentin (NB300-223, green) and DNA (DAPI stain, blue). Astrocytes and neuronal stem cells stain strongly and specifically in a clearly filamentous fashion with the Nestin (4D11) antibody. The filamentous staining pattern is as expected as both Nestin and Vimentin are components of 10nm filaments. Note that some cells contain Nestin, but do not stain strongly for Vimentin and so appear red. Others contain Vimentin and not Nestin and so appear green - these are likely to be fibroblastic or endothelial cells. ![Western Blot: Calnexin Antibody - BSA Free [NB100-1974] - Immunoblot analysis of livers from control & L-Chrebp−/− mice subjected to fasting & refeeding with a high-sucrose diet. Littermate control & L-Chrebp−/− mice (same as those described in supplemental Tables S2A & S2B) were subjected to fasting & refeeding. The nonfasted (N) groups were fed chow diet ad libitum. The fasted (F) group was fasted 12 h, & the refed (R) group was fasted for 12 h & then refed with 60% (w/w) high-sucrose diet for 12 h prior to study. Liver whole-cell lysates & membrane fractions were prepared individually, & equal amounts of protein from each mouse of the same group (four per group) were pooled. Aliquots (40 μg for whole-cell lysates & 30 μg for membrane fractions) of the pooled protein were subjected to SDS-PAGE & immunoblot analysis. Immunoblot analysis of Insig-1 & Insig-2 were carried out using membrane fractions. Whole-cell lysates were used to detect other proteins. The precursor & nuclear forms of SREBPs are denoted as P & N, respectively. Calnexin was used as loading control. ![Western Blot: Mouse Monoclonal VEGF Antibody (VG76e) [NB100-648] - Bone lysate homogenate from goats. SDS-PAGE with 0.3 mg of total protein from the homogenate per well. VEGF, NB100-648, was used at a dilution of 1:1000 in TBS Tween and 5% milk powder. The protein was labeled at 40 kDa. Quantification of VEGFA in bone graft in the tibia of intrailiac cellularized goats at different times compared with tibial autograft and untreated bone defect. Evaluation of pre-cellularized graft in iliac crest in the treatment of bone defects in the tibia of goats. G1: cellularized graft for 4 weeks applied to tibial bone defect, G2: cellularized graft for 6 weeks applied to tibial bone defect, G3: cellularized graft for 8 weeks applied to tibial bone defect, G4: tibial autograft and G5: untreated bone defect.
