![Survivin [p Thr34] was detected in immersion fixed NIH-3T3 Mouse fibroblast cell line using Rabbit anti Survivin [p Thr34] Antigen Affinity Purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # NB500-236) at 2.0 µg/mL overnight at 4C. Cells were stained using DyLight 488-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Cross-Absorbed Secondary Antibody (green), and counterstained with DAPI (blue).
