![Western Blot: SCP1 Antibody [NB300-229] - Meiotic chromosome spreads from wild type and Fance mutant (MT) primary spermatocytes isolated from the testes at 20 dpp. Each chromatin spread was staged by analyzing SYCP3 (red) and SYCP1 (green), which are axial element and central region components of the synaptonemal complex respectively.
