I am interested in your Ube2s antibody, NBP2-20788, and would like to clarify what the immunogen is. You specify that the immuogen is a Recombinant fragment corresponding to a region within amino acids 1 and 185 of UBE2S. Does this mean this whole fragment comprising amino acids 1-185 was used as an immunogen or are you referring to a smaller region within residues 1-185? If the latter is true, what exactly is the region within 1-185 that was used as immunogen?
