Flow Cytometry: Serum Amyloid A4 Antibody (001) [NBP2-89887] - Analysis of Human SAA4 expression on HepG2 cells. The cells were treated, stained with purified anti-Human SAA4, then a FITC-conjugated second step antibody. The fluorescence histograms were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of intact cells.

Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: Serum Amyloid A4 Antibody (001) [NBP2-89887] - Staining of Human SAA4 in HepG2 cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilzed with 0.3% Triton X-100 in PBS, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with NBP2-89887 antibody (1:60) at 37c 1 hour. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor(R) 488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Positive staining was localized to cytoplasm.
