Western Blot: RRM2 Antibody [NBP2-97629] - Anti-RRM2 rabbit polyclonal antibody at 1:500 dilution. Lane A: HepG2 Whole Cell Lysate Lane B: Hela Whole Cell Lysate Lane C: K562 Whole Cell Lysate Lane D: Jurkat Whole Cell Lysate Lysates/proteins at 30 ug per lane. Secondary Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L)/HRP at 1/10000 dilution. Developed using the ECL technique. Performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 45 kDa. Observed band size: 45 kDa (We are unsure as to the identity of these extra bands).

Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: RRM2 Antibody [NBP2-97629] - Immunofluorescence staining of RRM2 in U2OS cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilzed with 0.1% Triton X-100 in PBS, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with rabbit anti-Human RRM2 polyclonal antibody (dilution ratio 1:200) at 4C overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor(R)488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green) and counterstained with DAPI (blue).Positive staining was localized to Cytoplasm.

Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: RRM2 Antibody [NBP2-97629] - Immunochemical staining of human RRM2 in human lymph node with rabbit polyclonal antibody at 1:1000 dilution, formalin-fixed paraffin embedded sections.

Immunoprecipitation: RRM2 Antibody [NBP2-97629] - RRM2 was immunoprecipitated using: Lane A: 0.5 mg Jurkat Whole Cell Lysate 4 ul anti-RRM2 rabbit polyclonal antibody and 60 ug of Immunomagnetic beads Protein A/G. Primary antibody: Anti-RRM2 rabbit polyclonal antibody, at 1:100 dilution. Secondary antibody: Clean-Blot IP Detection Reagent (HRP) at 1:1000dilution. Developed using the ECL technique. Performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 45 kDa. Observed band size: 45 kDa

Background

Ribonucleotide reductase catalyzes the formation of deoxyribonucleotides from ribonucleotides. It is composed of 2 non-identical subunits, proteins M1 and M2. Synthesis of M2 is regulated in a cell-cycle dependent fashion.
