Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: RNF20 Antibody (SP00-47) [NBP2-67380] - Analysis of A549 cells labeling RNF20 with Rabbit anti-RNF20 antibody (and then blocked with 2% negative goat serum for 30 minutes at room temperature. Cells were then incubated with Rabbit anti-RNF20 antibody was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution. PBS instead of the primary antibody was used as the secondary antibody only control. Nuclear DNA was labelled in blue with DAPI.

Flow Cytometry: RNF20 Antibody (SP00-47) [NBP2-67380] - Analysis of K562 cells with RNF20 antibody at 1/50 dilution (blue) compared with an unlabelled control (cells without incubation with primary antibody; red). Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated goat anti rabbit IgG was used as the secondary antibody.

Background

RNF20 is encoded by this gene shares similarity with BRE1 of S. cerevisiae. Yeast BRE1 is a ubiquitin ligase required for the ubiquitination of histone H2B and the methylation of histone H3.
