SPF45 was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot of this antibody (lot NBP3-29482-2) and rabbit anti-SPF45.. For blotting immunoprecipitated SPF45, NBP3-29482 was used at 0.1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
