A specific band was detected for Phospho-Akt (S473) Pan Specific at approximately 60 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.

The cells were incubated with anti-EZR at a 1:200 dilution overnight at 4C and detected with an anti-rabbit Dylight 488 (Green) at a 1:500 dilution.
