Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: OAS3 Antibody [NBP2-19617] - D54MG xenograft, using OAS3 antibody at 1:500 dilution. Antigen Retrieval: Trilogy™ (EDTA based, pH 8.0) buffer, 15min.

Whole cell extract (30 ug) was separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with OAS3 antibody (NBP2-19617) diluted at 1:3000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.

Background

This gene encodes an enzyme included in the 2', 5' oligoadenylate synthase family. This enzyme is induced by interferons and catalyzes the 2', 5' oligomers of adenosine in order to bind and activate RNase L. This enzyme family plays a significant role in the inhibition of cellular protein synthesis and viral infection resistance. [provided by RefSeq]
