NLRX1 encodes a member of the NLR family. Alternative splicing has been observed at this gene locus and two transcript variants, encoding distinct isoforms, have been identified. [provided by RefSeq]. Transcript Variant: This variant (1) represents the longer transcript and encodes the longer isoform (1).
