MSTO1 Antibody

Immunoprecipitation: MSTO1 Antibody [NBP2-59111] - Immunoprecipitate detection. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-MSTO1 antibody NBP2-59111 used for IP at 8 ul per reaction. MSTO1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-MSTO1 antibody NBP2-59112. For blotting immunoprecipitated MSTO1, NBP2-59111 was used at 1:400. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
