K562 chronic myelogenous leukemia human cell line was stained with Goat Anti-Human LMO2 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF2726, filled histogram) or control antibody (Catalog # AB-108-C, open histogram), followed by Allophycocyanin-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0108). To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed and permeabilized with FlowX FoxP3 Fixation & Permeabilization Buffer Kit (Catalog # FC012). Human PBMC were stained with Goat Anti-Human LMO2 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF2726, filled histogram) or control antibody (Catalog # AB-108-C, open histogram), followed by Allophycocyanin-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0108). LMO2 was detected in immersion fixed K562 human chronic myelogenous leukemia cell line using Human LMO2 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF2726) at 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (red, upper panel; Catalog # NL001) and counterstained with DAPI (blue, lower panel). Background

LMO2, also known as Rhombotin-2 and T-cell translocation protein-2, is a transcriptional co‑factor that is required for hematopoietic and endothelial development. It contains two LIM domains that are characterized by a zinc binding, cysteine rich motif consisting of two tandemly repeated zinc fingers. LMO2 does not interact directly with DNA but is involved in the assembly of multiprotein transcription factor complexes. Human and mouse LMO2 share 99% amino acid sequence homology.
