1. I am a zebrafish researcher and I study the Slc12a7 protein. I am trying to determine if your antibody (raised against mouse protein) might work in zebrafish. Would it be possible for me to know the general region of the protein (within a 50 amino acid region, for ex) that was used to create the peptide for immunization? This way I can compare homology to see if it may work for my experiments.
   • The immunogen for this product falls between aa 900-950 of the mouse protein. The immunogen shares 90% homology to the Zebrafish sequence.
