Rat anti-Mouse IgE Secondary Antibody (343527) [Unconjugated]

Western blot shows lysates of purified Mouse IgM (negative control), purified Mouse IgA (negative control), purified Mouse IgG(negative control), and human purified Mouse IgE. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Rat Anti-Mouse IgE Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB9935) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF005). A specific band was detected for IgE at approximately 75 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
