Western Blot: FoxC2 Antibody [NB100-1269] - HEK293 lysate (10 ug protein in RIPA buffer) over expressing Human FOXC2 with DYKDDDDK tag probed with EB06007 in Lane A,and probed with anti- DYKDDDDK Tag in lane C. ...read more
Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: FoxC2 Antibody [NB100-1269] - staining of paraffin embedded fetal renal tissue using anti- FoxC2 antibody. Image from verified customer review.
WB: In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing full-length human FOXC2 (myc and DYKDDDDK tagged), a band of approx. 65 kDa band was observed. No bands were observed in mock-transfected HEK293 and the same band was observed using anti-DYKDDDDK tag antibody. ICC/IF and IHC-F usage are reported in scientific literature (PMID: 23862012).
54 kDa. Disclaimer note: The observed molecular weight of the protein may vary from the listed predicted molecular weight due to post translational modifications, post translation cleavages, relative charges, and other experimental factors.
Predicted cross-reactivity based on sequence identity: Rat, Canine, Bovine. Mouse reactivity reported in the scientific literature (PMID: 23862012).
