FAM3D Antibody Summary
| Immunogen |
Mouse myeloma cell line NS0-derived recombinant human FAM3D Trp39-Phe224 Accession # Q96BQ1 |
| Specificity |
Detects human FAM3D in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs, approximately 10% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse FAM3D is observed and 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) FAM3A, rhFAM3B, and rhFAM3C is observed. |

Background
FAM3D, also known as EF-7, belongs to the novel cytokine-like family
whose members are secreted four-helix bundle proteins. Human FAM3D is
abundantly expressed in placenta as a 224 amino acid (aa) residue
precursor with a 25 aa signal sequence. The aa sequence of mature human
FAM3D is 74% identical to that of mouse FAM3D.
Limitations
This product is for research use only and is not approved for use in humans or in clinical diagnosis. Primary Antibodies are
guaranteed for 1 year from date of receipt.
