Background

DTX1, also known as E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase DTX1, is a 67.4 kDa, 620 amino acid protein that is involved in regulating the Notch pathway by monitoring ubiquitination and stimulating the breakdown of MEKK1. Current research is being conducted with diseases and disorders such as osteosarcoma, Noonan syndrome, and neuronitis. The protein interacts in disease and Notch signaling pathways with CRK, ITCH, UBE2D2, UBE2D3, and UBC.

Limitations

This product is for research use only and is not approved for use in humans or in clinical diagnosis. Peptides and proteins are guaranteed for 3 months from date of receipt.
