Background

The cripto gene is expressed both in ES cells and during the early phases of embryo development, while, in the adult, it is reactivated in a wide range of epithelial cancers.

    • In regards to NB100-91794, positive controls would be Cos7 cells for WB or Human breast carcinoma tissue for IHC. For NBP1-68841, the positive control is human placenta for IHC.
