|
| Application Notes |
This Cripto1 antibody is useful in Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence, Flow Cytometry, and Western blot, In Western blot a band is seen ~18 kDa which is the core form of Cripto1. In ICC/IF, cytoplasmic and membrane staining was observed in HeLa cells.
The observed molecular weight of the protein may vary from the listed predicted molecular weight due to post translational modifications, post translation cleavages, relative charges, and other experimental factors. |
Reactivity Notes
Immunogen displays the following percentage of sequence identity for non-tested species: mouse (93%), cow (93%), and zebrafish (93%). There is no significant homology with any other species.
