Reconstitution Instructions
Centrifuge prior to opening. Reconstitute with sterilized PBS to a final concentration of 1mg/ml. Vortex followed by Centrifuge again to pellet the solution.

Notes

The addition of 50% glycerol is optional for those storing this antibody at -20C and not aliquoting smaller units. However, please note that glycerol may interrupt some downstream antibody applications and should be added with caution.

  1. I'm looking at the antibody NBP1-79938, and I was wondering what concentration the antibody comes in? I see that the size is 0.05 mg but I didn't know how concentrated or dilution the antibody was. Or is it variable lot to lot?
    • NBP1-79938 is supplied lyophilized (freeze dried). Our reconstitution instructions for this antibody (on the web page / datasheet) include: Add 50ul of distilled water. Final concentration is 1 mg/ml in PBS buffer.
