C1qTNF10, also known as C1qL2, is a protein with predicted MW of 29 kDa that shows 28%‑30% sequence identity with C1q subunits A, B, and C. It is predicted to contain a collagen-like and a C1q domain. Within the region included in this immunogen, mouse and human C1qTNF10/C1qL2 share 93% aa sequence identity.
