ELISA: Antibody concentration of 0.5 ug/mL (100 uL per well) was used to detect 0.2 ng/well recombinant BAFF WESTERN BLOT: Antibody concentration of 0.2 ug/mL used to detect 1.5 ng /lane of recombinant BAFF under both reducing and nonreducing conditions.
