Alix Antibody - BSA Free

Western Blot: Alix Antibody [NBP1-49701] - Whole cell lysate (5, 15 and 50 mcg for WB; 1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-ALIX antibody used for WB at 0.04 mcg/ml (A) and 0.4 mcg/ml (B) and used for IP at 3 mcg/mg lysate. ALIX was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-ALIX antibody NBP1-49700, which recognizes an upstream epitope.

Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: Alix Antibody [NBP1-49701] - NIH3T3 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde for 10 minutes and permeabilized in 0.05% Triton X-100 in PBS for 5 minutes. The cells were incubated with Alix Antibody (NBP1-49701) at 1 ug/ml overnight at 4C and detected with an anti-rabbit DyLight 488 (Green) at a 1:1000 dilution for 60 minutes. Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (Blue). Cells were imaged using a 40X objective.

Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: Alix Antibody [NBP1-49701] - Sample: FFPE section of human breast carcinoma. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti- ALIX used at a dilution of 1:200 (1ug/ml). Detection: DAB

Flow Cytometry: Alix Antibody [NBP1-49701] - An intracellular stain was performed on NIH3T3 cells with Alix Antibody NBP1-49701 (blue) and a matched isotype control NBP2-24891 (orange). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and then permeabilized with 0.1% saponin. Cells were incubated in an antibody dilution of 1.0 ug/mL for 30 minutes at room temperature, followed by Rabbit IgG (H+L) Cross-Adsorbed Secondary Antibody, Dylight 550 (SA5-10033, Thermo Fisher).

Simple Western: Alix Antibody - BSA Free [NBP1-49701] - Alix Antibody [NBP1-49701] - Simple Western lane view shows lysates of Exosome Standards (A549 cell line) (NBP3-11645), exosome standards (HT29 cell line) (NBP3-11685), and COLO 205 human colorectal adenocarcinoma cell line whole cell lysate (WCL), loaded at 0.2 mg/mL. A specific band was detected for Alix antibody (NBP1-49701) at approximately 106 kDa (as indicated) using 1:10 of Alix antibody. This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using the 12-230 kDa separation system.

Patient derived NK cells can be expanded in vitro and NKEVs contain protein and nucleic acid cargo reflecting the cells of origin. NK cells were isolated from patient PBMCs via negative selection and EVs were isolated with size exclusion chromatography from the NK cell culture medium (n=20, 10 �pre� and 10 �post) (a). Background

This gene encodes a protein thought to participate in programmed cell death. Studies using mouse cells have shown that overexpression of this protein can block apoptosis. In addition, the product of this gene binds to the product of the PDCD6 gene, a protein required for apoptosis, in a calcium-dependent manner. This gene product also binds to endophilins, proteins that regulate membrane shape during endocytosis. Overexpression of this gene product and endophilins results in cytoplasmic vacuolization which may be partly responsible for the protection against cell death.
