Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: ACTR3 Antibody [NBP3-23369] - Immunocytochemical labeling of actin-related protein 2/3 complex subunit 1B in aldehyde-fixed and NP-40-permeabilized rat PC12 cells differentiated with NGF. The cells were labeled with rabbit polyclonal anti-actin-related protein 2/3 complex subunit 1B (C-terminal region) (NBP3-23369) in the absence (left) or presence (right) of blocking peptide. The antibody was detected using appropriate secondary antibody conjugated to DyLight(R) 594.
